Overview
EasyPeasy is operated by Sunset Capital Pty Ltd. Under the subscription-only model, an active, store-verified Premium subscription is required to finish setup and create new tracking entries. A 14-day introductory trial is available only to eligible new subscribers. Existing records and local progress photos can still be viewed and exported after entitlement expiry.
Signing In and Access
Before starting or restoring Premium, you must create or sign in to your EasyPeasy account and verify your email address. Purchasing or restoring a subscription does not itself give you access to someone else's EasyPeasy account or private data. Without an active subscription, the app may restrict new tracking and edits, while preserving permitted viewing, export, support, and account/data-deletion paths.
Premium Subscription
Premium unlocks:
- Food, calorie, protein, weight and goal tracking with the calories-left dashboard.
- Unlimited everyday text AI logging, subject to fair-use limits
- Advanced AI calorie estimates
- Voice logging
- Food photo logging
- Nutrition label photo logging
- Usual foods / same-as-yesterday shortcuts
- Smarter guidance
- Unlimited Timelapse history and photo days
Premium does not remove the confirmation step. AI estimates still require review before saving.
Timelapse and Premium Expiry
Gallery/Timelapse progress photos remain stored locally on your device, not on EasyPeasy servers. Cancelling a trial or subscription generally leaves Premium access active until the applicable store-confirmed entitlement expiry. After expiration, existing local photos, comparisons and Gallery exports remain available; adding new photos or importing a Gallery library requires active Premium. Expiration does not automatically delete your previously collected local photos.
Billing and Renewal
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, and any trial details are shown in the in-app purchase sheet, which is the authoritative source for current pricing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the relevant platform settings.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription through Apple App Store subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). EasyPeasy does not manage cancellation directly.
After cancellation, Premium access generally continues until the end of the current paid period or free-trial entitlement, as determined by the store. Cancelling does not itself initiate a refund; refunds are assessed by the relevant app store under its rules.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. EasyPeasy cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through app store systems.
To request a refund, contact Apple App Store support (iOS) or Google Play support (Android) through the platform's own support channels.
Restore Purchases
If Premium access is not showing after a valid purchase, use the restore-purchases option in the app. Restore-purchase behavior is handled through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.
Trial Periods
EasyPeasy offers a 14-day introductory free trial for eligible new subscribers, subject to the applicable app store’s account and subscription-group eligibility rules. A trial is not guaranteed. If you are not eligible, standard billing may begin immediately after you confirm the subscription. When a free trial applies, the selected subscription renews automatically at the shown monthly or annual price unless cancelled before renewal. The app store purchase sheet shows your individual trial eligibility, local price, start date and next billing date before confirmation.
Price Changes
EasyPeasy may change subscription prices. Price changes are communicated by Apple or Google in advance of the next billing period, and existing subscribers may need to accept the new price to continue.
